  We watched them throw somebody out and were disgusted with their treatment of the man. They threw him on the ground over and over, kicked him up the stairs and practically ripped his pants off. In the quiet that followed the event the bartender proceeded to tell everyone that the man was crazy. Crazy or not, drunk or not, he was still a human and he didn't deserve to be treated like an animal. We will not go back.

  Awesome!! Billy's is one of the most authentically "St. Paul" cultural experiences you can have!
  
  In my line of work, I've talked to wellover 100,000 customers at St Paul sports pubs.
  
  But only here, have people told me that, when they're in to town, they come to Billy's.
  
  When you come here, you'll find the owners present most every day. They make a personal effort to insure good service. (I've even seen them helping serve tables, to guarantee customer satisfaction). They care a lot. They always put the customers first.
  
  AND--most of all--Billy's has a heart for people with special needs and disabled veterans. (Be sure to thank them for that.)
