  Good pastries, cheap bubble tea, nice background music (modern classical). Seating is only two tables and a bar, but most of their business is people coming in for cakes, there's usually no one seated, even on the weekends. Free wifi, good place to get work done.

  I love this place there desserts are so good & the drinks! But when i came in today the person who got my food & drink was so rude :( he seemed to be having a bad day but still you shouldn't take it out on the customer.. i know i work retail. I love this place but jeeezz.. at least hire someone who isn't gonna have an attitude.. i wasn't the only person he was being rude to too! A lady came in after me & said she saw their hiring sign .. he says talk to someone else & walks away.

  I have been getting cakes here for years... UNTIL the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner/baker of the place is nice, but the guy (with blue eyes and brown year, yeah i'm talking about you!) is terrible. He has the worst customer service-- scoffed at me several times with eye rolls. I haven't gone to the bakery because of his awful attitude. PLEASE FIRE HIM!

  Awful service. We ordered a cake and one second later called them back to adjust the order, the person on the phone said no problem and they will take care of it. Upon pick up, the order was not changed. The boy at the counter was rude and said they can't do anything about it. We asked why they didn't call us to to tell us they couldn't do it. He said they are "very busy and mistakes happen". I I told him can we get anything discount, he said no, my boss NEVER does that.
  
  He was a smart ass and completely rude.
  
  I suggest don't take the risk and order here. They could make a mistake as they said it always happens and they won't do anything about it.
