  We (3M IT) work with this CUB to provide Thanksgiving Turkey baskets to local food shelf recipients, and the staff are always very helpful and supportive of what we do.

  This cub is absolutely ridiculous. I went to get the deal of the week for cub rewards, I go to check out, mind you THEY ALWAYS ask me at the register "Would you like a cub rewards card?" I always decline. This deal with the roast, potatoes, carrots and rolls I tried to get. I was told to go to the service desk, then the service desk reports their rewards are down at this time. After I was just told to go sign up at the services desk. A women in line offered for me to use her cub rewards card and they declined saying they cannot do that. NOBODY TRIED TO HELP, THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was on my lunch so had no time to combat and deal with the incompetent workers or ask for a manager but I will never bring them any business as long as I can help it. They are rude, and really dont like their job to treat people like this! I am just disgusted. Sent me on my way no dinner for my kids !
